Services: Commercial & Industrial Landscape Maintenance

Our Basic Grounds Maintenance Services Include:

General Maintenance

Bed Maintenance:
Landscape beds are raked while weeding to maintain fresh appearance.
Leaf Collection:
Leaves are removed from beds and hard surfaces as per site requirements and needs.
Hard Surfaces:
All walks, patios, driveways, and entries, are mechanically cleaned of debris resulting from landscape activities.
Litter Control and General Inspection:
During each visit all landscaped areas will be cleared of all litter and debris.

Turf Mowing and Edging

Turf is cut weekly during the regular growing season. Mower blades are kept sharp to provide quality cut and mower height is set according to grass variety, type, and conditions.
Established hard edges and established soft edges will be maintained providing a clearly defined lawn edge.

Turf Fertilization

Turf areas are fertilized a minimum of four times per year with a slow release balanced formula.

Care of Trees and Shrubs

Insect Control: Hand pressurized spraying of trees and shrubs 3’ maximum height and ground covers are available with licensed and insured personnel.
Pruning: Trees up to nine feet are pruned to maintain natural shape and balance. Deciduous trees up to nine feet are pruned during winter dormancy. Evergreen trees up to nine feet will be pruned in summer or as needed. Debris created during landscape activity will be removed.
Shrubs: Hardy shrubs are pruned or sheared to maintain natural shape and function as needed to provide desired appearance. Groundcovers are trimmed as needed during growing season.

Irrigation Maintenance

Irrigation Systems Start Up: The system will be checked for proper coverage and repairs. All costs for repairs will be submitted to client for approval.
Irrigation System Turn Off: In the fall the irrigation system is turned off.
Irrigation Winterization: Available at an additional cost unless otherwise specified.
